Public Wallets

These addresses currently receive donations. Both are controlled by one person — the founding collective acting as initial custodian during Phase 1. As donations grow, custody migrates to a multisig structure with independent co-custodians (see Roadmap, coming soon). Every transaction is public and verifiable on-chain.

Roadmap

What this project is, and what it's becoming. Every milestone is tied to fundraising progress, not promises about dates. Each phase activates the next set of commitments below.

1
Phase 1 — Now
Single-signature custody. Public wallet addresses. Public donation ledger. Manual disbursement reporting. Voting ledger held in project database, fully inspectable, not yet on-chain.
LIVE
2
Phase 2 — At $10K raised
Funds migrate to a 2-of-3 multisig (Safe). First two independent co-custodians recruited via the Help Wanted section below. The founding custodian remains as one of three signers. No single person can move funds alone from this point forward.
Planned
3
Phase 3 — At $100K raised
Multisig expands to 5-of-7 with four additional signers. First external auditor engaged for quarterly review. Public quarterly reports begin. Auditor rotation schedule published.
Planned
4
Phase 4 — At $1M raised
Solidity audit commissioned with a reputable firm. Donation and voting smart contract deployed on Layer 2 (Base or Arbitrum, decision deferred to closer to milestone). Vote tokens become on-chain artifacts. Vote ledger migrates from database to chain.
Planned
5
Phase 5 — At $10M+ raised
Legal entity formation: Switzerland Stiftung or Estonian e-Residency entity (under evaluation). Tax-receipt infrastructure in donor-relevant jurisdictions. Annual public audit by recognized firm. Proxy-director model formalized.
Planned

Milestones are commitments, not predictions. If a phase trigger is reached and the corresponding work is not yet underway, that is a public failure. The roadmap exists so we can be held to it.

Planned Fund Allocation

When the goal is reached, funds will be allocated according to community vote results. The breakdown below reflects current donor preferences based on pillar votes. This is a live projection — it changes as votes come in.

Recent Transactions

Every donation transaction is publicly visible on the blockchain. Voting records are currently held in the project database — fully inspectable, and migrating on-chain at Phase 4 (see Roadmap below). Donor identities are not collected. Click any TX hash to verify on Etherscan or mempool.space.

Independent Auditors

Independent auditors are not yet engaged. Their roles are described below as a public commitment, activated at the $100K milestone. Listing the structure now — before it exists — is intentional. It binds us.

🔐
Smart Contract Audit
Full source code of the donation and voting smart contract, publicly accessible on GitHub and verified on Etherscan. Any developer in the world can read and verify it.

Legal Framework
Help Wanted

Building this requires more than a website. As the project grows we will need specific people, with specific skills, willing to make specific commitments. Pseudonymity is acceptable — even encouraged — provided you bring verifiable reputation, on-chain history, or technical work we can review.

Multisig Co-Custodians
Independent signers willing to act as a public point of accountability for community funds. Hardware wallet required. Time commitment: ~30 minutes per month for routine signing, plus emergency availability under 24h. Compensation TBD upon legal entity formation; Phase 2 signers serve voluntarily. Verifiable on-chain reputation or public technical work expected.
Recruiting at $10K
External Auditors
Quarterly review of disbursements against stated commitments. Public reporting. Background in forensic accounting, on-chain analysis, or not-for-profit governance preferred. Pseudonymous acceptable with reputable track record.
Recruiting at $100K
Solidity Auditors
Smart contract security review prior to mainnet deployment. Reputable audit firm or independent reviewers with verifiable published work in the Ethereum security space.
Engaging at $1M
